why? because of accusations of anti-Semitism.

its too bad Muslims don't have that kinda pull.
    AIPAC isn't a terrorist orginization.

Why is it so hard for people to see the difference?

Wonder is she ever questioned the Bush Bin Laden connections.

"Foreign and religious influence" goes all the way to the President. That's not the what people are concerned about, it's only when it's Muslims that it becomes an issue for investigation whether there's evidence or not.

Except it doesn't hold for everyone. People with ties to Israel and terrorist group like the IRA get to stay:

We have Israeli lobby groups operating: AIPAC - The American Israel Public Affairs Committee despite this: U.S. cool to report of Israeli spy ring - NYTimes.com
Of course we approach disparate groups differently, because some have positions that are advantageous to american foreign policy, and others do not (you're pretty much complaining that water is wet)

Did the Muslim Brotherhood kill 3000 Americans one morning? I think what you're looking for is "Muslim" or "Muslim terrorists" which to people like Bachman are probably interchangeable terms. It's not about Muslims being most dangerous to "national security" either, there are rings of Russian and Israel spies being caught, and then the Chinese infiltrating web security, to be worried about. It's about these people Muslims, and 19 Muslims killed 3000 people, so we better get all the Muslims. Which is why this whole thing is a Muslim witch hunt.

No, but an anti-American Muslim terrorist orginization did. Low-n-behold, the MB is an anti-American/anti-Israeli terrorist orginization.

    See a pattern?

I'm pointing to the fact that groups are treated differently, contrary to what he claimed. If you want to join this conversation, you ought to read what it's about.

Maybe someone could play the populist card and cause a scandal where there should really be none. But on it's own merits it's rather baseless

Right, a 24 years PhD student going on a rampage, we should all be fearful of all 24 years old PhD students. See the insanity?

And like I said, it's about a Muslim witch hunt.
