You mean like the Democrats blocking any reform of the GSEs in committee and Barney Frank and Chris Dodd geting sweetheart deals from CountryWide as they help engineer the manipulation of the Housing Market?

    No thanks

Obama himself predicted unemployment would be at 5.6% at this time during his presidency. One third of these new jobs are from temp agencies. More people went on Disability than were able to receive jobs. African American Unemployment is at 14.4%. 11% for Hispanics.

That's funny. Frank actually helped pass GSE reform in the House back in 2005, but Republicans, bowing to White House pressure, killed it in the Senate. Other than that....
"The necessaries of life occasion the great expense of the poor. They find it difficult to get food, and the greater part of their little revenue is spent in getting it. The luxuries and vanities of life occasion the principal expense of the rich, and a magnificent house embellishes and sets off to the best advantage all the other luxuries and vanities which they possess. ... It is not very unreasonable that the rich should contribute to the public expense, not only in proportion to their revenue, but something more than in that proportion."

    of course it is
when Obama wanted to impose more taxes on high earners the republicans countered that they would end unemployment benefits for the masses, the masses out of work because of the GOP's policies and practices
so the disparity between rich and poor continues to grow - just as the GOP intends

more people are filing for social security at 62 instead of waiting for their full benefit at 65
why? because they cannot find work in this GOP lead great recession
the GOP would hurt the nation and its people if that would also hurt Obama's re-election chances

What the US needs is not less regulation but the correct regulation and the enforcement of said regulations. On top of that it needs to break the GOP lead cluster**** deadlock in Congress so they can actually get around to do something instead of "investigating" idiotic things /wave Issa.

As for saving money.. start with Congress.. cut 50% of all wages and sums given to every Senator and Congressman. Maybe then they will feel how it is to be an ordinary citizen in the US.
Typical cliche rhetoric without any basis in fact

Obama adds 5 trillion to the deficit within 4 years and you're telling us if we want to save money start with Congress?

    Doesn't pass the laugh test

Are you under the impression that the president can appropriate money without Congress?

You should read the report listed instead of jumping into your cliche talking points that have no basis in reality

Even Obama claimed you don't raise taxes during a recession. He had a super majority for almost 2 years and did nothing. If raises taxes was the answer, why didn't the Democrats do it? Oh wait ...
