That is a sensationalized perspective based upon the material I provided. My reality is that I come into contact with these families almost on a daily basis, some are friends, some are people that have kids who play with my son. They are at risk as am I when I am with them. Indeed, I have almost gotten blown up myself in the first attack on the WTC . So I like the idea of security measures. I cannot imagine anyone who is potentially at risk and has been targeted would not want safety measures in place.

I'll give you a hint. Remember that Major that turned Jihadist, explained to a group of officers in a power point slide why he would feel justified in killing American soldiers, and then went and shot a bunch of soldiers at Fort Hood?

Yeah. The report on that incident? Did not include any discussion whatsoever of the "I" word, or Major Hassan's religious motivations.

The Army Chief of Staff announced it would be a worse tragedy if our "diversity" were effected. WORSE than murdered "brothers" in arms. What a worthless POS.

You better believe the political correctness disease has infected a good bit of our military's high command.

Self censorship is not necessarily a quality to be admired.

If you are not familiar with the article perhaps you should leave the debate to those who are.

Less than 5 plots a year is not serious? How many would you need before you take international terrorism seriously?

Do you believe that American Muslims cannot also be members of al-Qaeda?

I completely with the assertion that political correctness is prevalent in the army itself, and the quote you referenced if true, is disgusting. My qualm is with the report's insinuation that the federal government is somehow ignoring the threat posed by radical muslims. Political correctness in terms of verbal conduct and reporting tendencies is one thing, but I'm not entirely convinced that our intelligence gathering agencies and homeland security are turning a blind eye to potential terrorists in the name of political correctness. I'm simply not buying into that theory.
