The video that cuts off while Holder is still responding -- really.

From the portion that wasn't cut off it appears that Holder was talking to someone when the email was being read. That's why it would be helpful to see the WHOLE exchange and not an edited portion of it.
"The necessaries of life occasion the great expense of the poor. They find it difficult to get food, and the greater part of their little revenue is spent in getting it. The luxuries and vanities of life occasion the principal expense of the rich, and a magnificent house embellishes and sets off to the best advantage all the other luxuries and vanities which they possess. ... It is not very unreasonable that the rich should contribute to the public expense, not only in proportion to their revenue, but something more than in that proportion."

Would you have questioned the information if it originated from MSNBC, The Progressive, or maybe the Democratic Underground?

That's the clip I was talking about above. If you watch the part where the camera first moves to Holder you can see that he was talking to a woman behind him while Chaffetz was reading the email, so he probably didn't hear him say fast and furious. So it sounds like he's denying something totally obvious when it's probably just a miscommunication. If the cl went on for another minute or two we would probably know.

Who ever authorized the re-start of gun runner in DOJ, ATF and the White House must be held accountable for the deaths of 2 American Law Enforcement agents Jamie Zapata and Brian Terry.

How is that video "miscommunication"? The email stated "fast and furious". Is Holder deaf? Sounded pretty clear to me and I wasn't in front of the committee.

A couple more "probablies" and you might even convince yourself.

Does Holder have ADD or a hearing problem?

    CSPAN baby.

Its comical to see the lack of accountability and the kneejerk defense of the administration and status quo. Its not our fault, we didnt know, blame Bush.

In the video we both saw Holder and Chaffetz had a conversation about what "fast and furious" referred to. I thought Chaffetz was going to pop a vessel when Holder said the reference to "fast and furious" was about Laura’s Tucson case, "wide receiver" and not "fast and furious."

The reference to both was in the same sentence referring to each individual operation. Give us a break Mr. Holder. Are you that dumb or do you think the American people are?

Among three of the emails (see Jason Weinstein Email Fast, Furious.pdf), the second, dated “October 17, 2010 11:07 PM,” was sent by Deputy Assistant Attorney General Jason Weinstein to James Trusty and it states:

“Do you think we should have Lanny participate in press when Fast and Furious and Laura’s Tucson case [Wide Receiver] are unsealed?

It’s a tricky case, given the number of guns that have walked, but it is a significant set of prosecutions.”
