"The necessaries of life occasion the great expense of the poor. They find it difficult to get food, and the greater part of their little revenue is spent in getting it. The luxuries and vanities of life occasion the principal expense of the rich, and a magnificent house embellishes and sets off to the best advantage all the other luxuries and vanities which they possess. ... It is not very unreasonable that the rich should contribute to the public expense, not only in proportion to their revenue, but something more than in that proportion."
-- Adam Smith
I guess we are to believe none of these weekly memos ever made it to Holder.

Eric Holder grilled over Fast and Furious in Congress
“Tyranny is defined as that which is legal for the government but illegal for the citizenry.”

So, if it turns out that Holder was involved, as the bossman, shouldn't he be ****-canned? That's one of the things the hearings Holder has been ducking and dodging are trying to determine.Originally Posted by AdamT
Like I've said several times, whoever authorized and supervised the operation should be ****canned. There's no indication that Holder was involved in those decisions.
