i live in an area where it's called "pop." i have always disliked the term, and i refer to it as "soda." my countrymen look at me as if i'm odd. actually, i probably am. however, i'm still going to call soda soda.

There is nothing demonstrably true that religion can provide the world that cannot be achieved more rationally through entirely secular means.

my grandfather referred to sodas as 'dope'
probably because back in his day coca cola actually contained cocaine

put that dope in a poke and tote it home
we are negotiating about dividing a pizza and in the meantime israel is eating it

I was in Colorado for 12 years, but only recently got a job in Jersey. This place sucks ass.

And what a world we'd live in if cops gave out twinkies instead of tazering the **** out of every other person they came across.

I agree with the last comment. What exit are you stuck in?

    When in Rome - run.

When in Michigan and other states as such, call it a pop.
When in Texas, call it a Coke. Period.

Besides Soda, I once heard a kid from the North East call it a tonic.
    Like in Tonic water.

I'm in North Jersey, I'm stuck in middle of a forest.

Seriously though, I've lived here for just over 3 months and I have learned that New Jersey is the least agreeable state for me. They have so many ****ing rules for every god damned thing. Good luck owning a gun in this PoS state, they'll treat you like a criminal for even asking. Helmet laws, huge taxes, hell you can't cross a bridge in this state without paying a ridiculous toll. I think that's how they keep people in Jersey.

I have often made fun of California, but after being here in Jersey I can safely say the following. New Jersey should be burned to the ground, dug up, and flooded. Cuba would make a better state than New Jersey.
