    It would take a person from chicago to think making a single fold in half as "oragami", I am suprised chicagoans know how to operate a fork AND a knife..... well the knife maybe, the way they etch into the tables and sumsuch,

    Using the KISS principle, perhaps NYC should post a large sign "CAUTION: This establishment is allowed to serve large sugary drinks, enter at your own risk" which would have done the job nicely. Instead the stores may now post a sign saying "Sorry, our sugary drink portions are limitted by law, please feel free to buy two." ;-)
