New York lawmakers propose ban on anonymous online comments [W: 68]

That is clearly not true

It is clearly factual. Abortion was a decision of the SCOTUS. We just replaced an adamantly pro life president with one equally pro choice, and what changed? Nothing.
Marriage is not a function of the federal government.
Tax increases have been passed when Republicans were in power, just as they have when Democrats were in power.
and both parties take bri.. I mean donations from corporations. They may mouth words about the situation, but neither one is going to do squat to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs.

Actually, the only time I"ve seen that is when a rightwinger on DP admitted to firing employees because of their political opinions

Well, you're gonna see a lot more of such un-American activity if this proposed NY bill becomes all the rage in legislatures across the nation.

No, we'll see the rightwingers engaging in un-american activity regardless of what happens with this piece of trash republican bill

I love how the article names only the republican sponsors, with the lead in "among the sponsors of the bill are..." Quite the picture they paint for those like you taking the bait hook, line, and sinker....I'd be interested to see who the initial proposal came from...

You know that j-mac's desperation is at an all time high, and his reading comprehension is at an all time low when he reads an article titled "New York lawmakers propose ban on anonymous online comments" and he wonders who proposed the bill

Regardless, the important thing is that this bill gets thoroughly trounced and its supporters get chased out of office.

If the OWS crowd needs a fresh issue to reinvigorate the movement, this is it.

No, I am saying that the bias is thick here. Look, I posted what the article says, and asked the question. Your snide BS is beside the point, and useless as any credible debate.

yes, it's biased for the news to say that republicans proposed a stupid law when republicans propose a stupid law

And here is where the lie is. You say it is the two named in the article that were the original writers of the bill? Well, that is not what the article says. So do you even know who wrote this bill?

Well, it is to harp on identifying the offenders as “Republicans” for supporting a proposed law that has nothing to do with what Republicans in general would ever support.

This isn't a Republican proposal. It's a New Yorker proposal, based on a kind of overbearing stupidity that has nothing to do with Republicanism, and everything to do with New Yorkism.

Bull ****e

The bill was proposed by two republicans. That's a fact. Deal with it
