What people consider themselves is a stupid question as people are free to define themselves however they see fit. We have people who are on the socialist medical dole here, use lots of government services, pay little taxes and consider themselves "extremely conservative."

But it's 77% who believe that abortion should be legal. That is a crushing domination against people who share Erod's belief in a total ban.
I am not going to talk for Erod Here, but I am pro-life, and I do not support a total ban. Many people are like me. For instance, what if the mothers life is in danger? What if it was rape? What we want is abortion laws that are more concerned about the child's life. But we need to be concerned about the mothers life as well.

Currently people can get abortions in all circumstances. That's what I and 75% of the population don't like.

But that is hardly the position that Erod is trying to argue here.

Clinton was right in that abortion should be safe, legal and rare.

Right now, by law, we are "pro-choice" and that law has survived repeated challenges, even in a Conservative leaning Supreme Court.

Those who are on the losing side of the argument, the "anti-abortion" people, are therefore more enthusiastic and more vocal. It has very little impact on reality however.
It appears to have a large impact on reality despite the media's portrayal to the contrary. The videos, images, and testimonials of the last moments of babies' lives as they are being injected with salt water, ripped apart by machinery, or burned alive mean something to people who still believe in humanity. As those experiences continue to be shown and shared I hope that we will continue to see this trend. Humanity may one day win out.

Saline abortions have not been done for years. Misinformation, much of designed to play on emotions, is widespread and continues to be spread by Crisis Pregnancy Centers and other right-wing sites. I hope you will share the picture of a 12 week abortion shown in this link:
