I am sure they thought they would lose some, not have to completely rebuild departments.

This is a great thing right? It is proof positive that homophobia and religious influence is indeed greatly diminished in this country. The school will have to close or greatly reduce its curricuum because of their policies.. If you are for gay rights and personal freedom you should be very encouraged. In the battle between religion and the influences they fight against (Feminism, abortion, homosexuality, secularism, etc.) religious and conservative values are the clear loser. It has been that way for the last 50 years. All the terrible things they predicted would happen to society have come true.
It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

I'm not surprised. It's the Baptists. They didn't believe in dancing for a long time, either.

The five great lies of the Left Wrong:
We can be Godless and free. • “Social justice” through forced redistribution of wealth. • Silencing religious opinions counts as “diversity”. • Freedom without moral and personal responsibility. • Civilization can survive the intentional undermining of the family.

That's not entirely true...a lot of good Catholic Universities pride themselves in very good insitituions of higher learning that would see a revolt by students/alumni/professors if they tried to pull this crap.

I agree with this statement, however I do not agree with Mr Blaylock's sig.

Yeeesss. But I think the point is, the stupidity it takes to require such an agreement.

Nah, not so much. Obama has ensured plenty of unemployed people out there that can't do, so they will teach.

I've yet to see the Americanized version of "sharia law."

Rome is sort of a college town, there is also Berry, Georgia Highlands and Georgia Northwestern.
And not far away from those are, KSU, JSU and several other schools, which don't have that policy.

    Shorter screws itself.
