Well, none of those are laws I support, so... I guess you and I agree that gun control laws, anti-junk food laws, anti-smoking laws, anti-SSM laws, anti-abortion laws, and anti-contraceptive laws are silly.

Many private schools won't accept federal grants because they have no compunction to comply with their bureaucracy and be coerced into something that violates their standards.

Maybe they'll provide some other form of assistance.

The problem with that is then whatever the assistance doesn't cover the government will mandate that it does.

The Catholic church doesn't like it when others impose their beliefs on them, so why do they think it is ok to impose theirs on others. The fact is that no person would be forced to violate their beliefs. It is just silly like I said before. They have this healthcare plan option and the birth control probably adds virtually nothing to their costs. There is no good reason for them to be depriving their students of medical coverage just to keep people from having access to birth control. There is no decent logic behind that.

I dont want to provide healthcare, safety standards, or follow employment or hiring laws, maternity leave, because I don't wish to provide it.

Don't you see how much you open up by saying "they do not wish to provide?"

...I doubt that. You're telling me that students of these private schools don't receive grants? Here's a quick Google of "Georgetown Federal Grants":

They aren't depriving their students of medical coverage and they aren't keeping anyone from having access to BC. Your post is full of falsehoods.
