I'm open to you showing me where someone shot another one dead and there were no charges whatsoever. And in those cases where there were you find no charges, the dead guy who got shot had to NOT be committing a crime at the same time when he was shot.

He's innocent until proven guilty, just like Zimmerman is.

That's the part that's befuddling people in this situation. The current evidence is no more convincing of Martin commiting a crime than Zimmerman is. One is dead, and the dead person can assume guilt if reasonable doubt exists in the living persons case in this situation. No matter what the truth was, the law itself seems questionable.

The only one assumed innocent is the person facing charges. To the best of my knowledge, Martin is not facing charges.

I think so too.

I did read today that she's known for not sending cases to grand juries. Not sure why this is her thing.

If that's the case then the dead guy was causing a crime when he got shot. Either way, there was a crime going on. So if those who think Zimmerman is innocent they pretty much have to prove that Treyvon is guilty.

That being said, I don't know where you get your "clear case" view from.

We have an eye witness who says Martin was beating up Zimmerman and Zimmerman had injuries. Sounds like self defense so far.

Who are the "race hustlers" and how do you know them so well as to know what they say words about when you're not around and when a camera isn't in their face?

Sharpton of MSNBC, Jackson, Roland Martin of CNN, Karen Finney of MSNBC, Martin Bashir of MSNBC, etc. There are more, but that's a good enough start to make a point.

No they don't. your understanding of the law vs court of public. For Zimmerman to be legally responsible the prosecution bears the burden of proof. Zimmerman only needs to introduce reasonbable doubt into the prosecutions case. Things like his injuries would reasonably suggest that he was assaulted. Things like the eye witnesses confirm it. The defense does not have to prove anything about Trayvon.

And its all a clear cut case to you? I can see that if you ignore the witnesses to the contrary and the fact that there was a scuffle between two people and only one had any evidence of a scuffle on them. Or the evidence that the screams on the 911 tapes weren't Zimmerman's. It's easy for things to be a clear cut when you are selective about the evidence you chose to believe and others that you want to ignore. A jury won't have such a lenient pleasure in their deliberation.

There is no evidence that the 911 tapes werent Zimmermans. They were the opinions of guys trying to get in on the exploitation of this situation. Again the defense does not have to disprove every piece of evidence. An eye witness alone is more than enough to derail an entire case.

Burden of proof = There is a dead body and you made it that way. From that point, you have to prove that it was self defense.

The defense has to prove that it was self defense and in doing so, you have to prove that he was being attacked by Treyvon which would be a crime by Treyvon.

People scream when they're shot.

Zimmerman was the only one with injuries, verifying the eye witness account he was getting beat up.

The rest of your post is emotional BS. I've been on a jury and was elected foreman. By the evidence I see so far, I would say it was self defense.

There is evidence you want to believe then there is the body of evidence which is all the rest you wish to ignore. The jury doesn't get to ignore evidence or throw evidence out like you are doing.

Then Treyvon should clearly have some of alllll that so-called abundance of blood Zimmerman was shedding from his head and broken nose on his & Zimmerman's clothes right? Or Treyvon's knuckles would show wear of the tremendous beating Zimmerman was getting at his hands right?

I think all of the people you mentioned have talked publicly about "kids being murdered everyday". It turns out, however, that "everyday murderers" don't usually make national news so you don't see them as often when they're talking about that. Here's some info on Sharpton and Jackson.
