There is a good deal of evidence:
Looks fairly solid as far as evidence goes. Comes down the handwriting analysis and Burkette's affadavits. Im betting there is a plea bargain in there for him somewhere. Good for law enforcement in that district cant be easy even charging political leaders in your own county or district.
Yes, charges have been levied, but guilt has not been determined. Don't let that stop your hyper partisan behavior though.
I agree. The evidence is there. Charge them, and if convicted, lock them up and throw away the key.
And which behavior is that?
Hey, if they get a quick trial done, he can pardon them too.
And if the fraud perpetrated elected someone who would not have won otherwise? What do you do with them....?

It doesn't really matter to the faithful dweebs. They're loyal to their party, not to the process that ensures our liberty and freedom.
While I am watching the cat fight that is playing out, let me interject my own opinion here.
1) In any state that consists of millions of people, there are going to be instances of voter fraud. It happens on both sides.
2) Actual voter fraud is extremely rare.
3) If someone commits voter fraud, then they should go to jail.
4) How many people have been charged with voter fraud? In the state of indiana, it looks like 4, out of a population of millions.
5) Rather than worry about voter fraud, which is an issue that has been grossly overdone, I would worry about things like Enron and other schemes in which people are defrauded of their life savings. These are orders of magnitude more important than the occasional asshole that commits voter fraud.
6) Finally, show me proof that an election outcome was changed because of voter fraud. I have all year to wait. All I want to see is your proof.
Oh gee I don't know, perhaps this:

Under state law, presidential candidates need to qualify with 500 signatures from each of Indiana's nine congressional districts. Indiana elections officials say that in St. Joseph County, which is the 2nd Congressional District, the Obama campaign qualified with 534 signatures; Clinton's camp had 704.
Fascinating to watch the left excuse cheating.
You can't recognize a joke with your partisan eyes?
I haven't seen anyone excuse, maybe you would like to point out who. What I have seen is people waiting for a verdict and wanting the guilty locked up.
Care to show us different?
Do you support ACORN? Yes or no.
No, next question?
Funny, you even thanked another hpyer partisan response. Was that just a joke to? Puhlease, noone buys what you are saying.

That is a red herring. Show me where Obama won Indiana because of voter fraud. Rather than focusing on the ridiculous, Republicans should run better candidates. Then things would take care of themselves.
And you have the proof that it did? What if games are fun, but ultimately, lead nowhere.
No, next question?
Is that because ACORN no longer exists as an entity or is it because you did not and now still do not agree with their methods/moral actions?
Which methods?
