he sure has never come to cincinnati to do one. a few years ago, a white cop was told that a guy he had come in contact with had 14 open warrants. The dispatcher neglected to tell officer Roach that Tim Thomas's warrants were for minor stuff not felonies. So he chased the boy through the most dangerous (at the time) neighborhood in the country. He cornered the black youth in a blind alley with poor lighting at 2 AM in the morning. Like many young black men-TT didn't wear a belt and had his pants at his crotch from running from the PO PO. The boy grabbed his sagging pants. Officer Roach had his gun out and mistook that motion as a draw for a weapon and center punched TT -an instant DOA.TD originated the claim.
yes, his claim is a negative one, but claims still require evidence.
othewise, its just baseless.
and yes, negative claims can be baseless.
for several days blacks rioted, mostly in black neighborhoods. THe usual racial racketeers whined about a police department that had many black officers. So the cops did what was expected, they ratcheted down patrols in the black areas-the areas that were requiring most of the 9-1-1 calls. OVER THE Next year there was over 110 homicides. All of them were black on black though one killing involved a black thug shooting a shotgun at a black officer who was a better shot with his shotgun then the crack head who assaulted him
No sharpeton marches.
