The article is somewhat vague, but if true he was using a govt computer for facebook entries, that is a violation. You cannot use a govt. computer for personal use.

What my problem is, is the government suppression of freedom of speech. It is wrong. You putting it out there that they can do it doesn't make it any less wrong. There are alot of things the government can do that I dont agree with. Unless your point is that noone should question a government policy you can stop posting that the government can so its ok. I don't buy that. Please stop trying to sell it.
