    Apparently so.

Comparing tea party protesters to occu-tards?Really? How many tea party protesters were arrested? How many tea party protesters vandalized private property and did a whole **** load of other dumb **** that the occu-tards have done? As far as I know the tea party party protesters protested and went home at the end of the day. The Tea party is an example of how you are supposed to protest and the occu-tards are an example of what not to do at protests.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

They differ in severity of tactics, but they both basically believe that somebody has too much of something, and it ain't them. The main difference to remember is that OWS protesters go farther because they generally have less to lose. TP protesters tend to lead more comfortable lives.

The TP thinks the government has too much power, and wants the corporations to save them from the government

OWS thinks the corporations have too much money, and want the government to save them from the corporations.

In reality, they're just working hand in hand, exchanging money for power and power for money. Corporations have money and crave power. Politicians have power and need money. It doesn't take a genius to see where that leads us.

There is one thing that makes both the occupy and tea party protests equal. Its the signs both sides hold up some really stupid signs. But it makes for good entertainment.

If these people wanted to make a difference, they'd do it with their money and their votes. But most of them don't want to be inconvienced at all so they aren't willing to do that. They just want to yell and cry about things.
So the original Tea Party protesters, Thoreau, Gandhi, and Martin Luther King, Jr., and the Vietnam protesters all had it wrong, eh? Too bad you weren't around to advise them on how to do it right!

I agree but do they have a right to rape, vandalize private property, urinate and crap in public?
