This would be the same, true or otherwise, whether he wins during the primary or convention.

If it goes to a brokered convention, most of those things are irrelevant.

You might argue that his delegate lead isn't that relevant (despite the fact that it evinces the popular preference of the party), but his better national organization, funding advantage, and head-to-head advantage against Obama would all be highly relevant.

It is not very unreasonable that the rich should contribute to the public expense, not only in proportion to their revenue, but something more than in that proportion."

The fact that his critics have to go back to the '08 campaign to find a flub is a testament to the fact that Obama hardly ever gaffes. One nice thing about Bush was that you never had to go back mroe than a month to find a gutbuster.

    And he lost... wonder why...

The ironic thing is that the US could put in place English as the official language, but considering that Hispanics will become the largest group of people in the US within this century, then they could easily switch that to Spanish ...

My opinion is that english should be the official language of the United States. But it is not for some reason. The fact that it isn't should mean that PR has no reason to do it either.

That's a fair opinion, though I think it's unnecessary. Speaking English, however, is not a requirement set forth in the Constitution for Statehood.

Many, if not most Puerto Ricans already do speak English as well as Spanish. Which means they already speak more languages than Santorum.

Saying English should be a requirement is not the same as saying English is a requirement.

However states have passed English language requirement laws?

There are countries that have more than one official language. We could follow suit and adopt both English and Spanish as official languages, couldn't we?
