In fact most people are thinking what an idiot this woman is and that she should take her position more seriously rather than trying to make points that would better belong in a schoolyard.

I don't really get why this is happening. ED drugs are taken by elderly men to satisfy their wives.

The only justification I can imagine is women are threatening to cheat. In case young'uns didn't know, men's sex drives tend to plummet as we get older.
Looks like a political move to secure birth control pills, for free, for women, by taking away Viagra, et al, from men, which men get now as part of their personal healthcare plans. IOW, if you're getting ED, then I get birth control pills.

Ok, no, this isn't "being an asshole", this them "trying" to be assholes, but failing at it miserably because it's not JUST men opposing abortion, it's women too. And i'm pretty sure the 50% of women, don't hate women or want to control "women's bodies". they also fail because, i can't speak for most men, but i don't use contraception to begin with, and I know most men rather not. Rather, this bill would just force females to worry about contraception themselves. You think I like that? you bet I do.

But yes, this "sexual equality" thing, doesn't really work because, idk if they taught you this in sex ed but, only women can have babies, which are actual people in early developement, not anyone elses body, although basic ethics would assume that someone else provides for it untill it can provide for itself.

Don't be alarmed though, It's not like men don't aren't forced into a draft, simply because they were born with a penis...oh! wait!

You think that this issue is split right down the middle between men and women?

In who's putting the focus on male or female sexuality/reproduction? No. In which gender is being focused on? Yes. That is very much split down the middle. If there is a place in the United States where I'd run into any hurdles in getting condoms, a vasectomy or viagra, I haven't heard of it. But of course just because I haven't heard of it doesn't mean it doesn't exist, so if you know something I don't feel free to share.

Completely irrelevant. One gender's sexuality is consistently in the cross hairs. That's the point.

But if you do want, say, a vasectomy, you won't run into any hurdles due to laws or restrictions preventing you from doing so, so it's entirely your choice. But of course I'm not a resident of every single state, so I say this only because I've never heard of any such restrictions in the news. If you do know of one I'll recant.

No, I was never taught that. Thank you.

Your syntax has made this sentence too difficult to understand.

Okay, I won't be alarmed that men aren't forced into a draft because the Viet Nam War ended 36 years ago.

    That would be men, right?

The same is true of Tubal Ligation, the female version of a vasectomy, and there are no hurdles there either.

Women have argued that it's their bodies and they should be responsible for them. It seems some have now changed their minds.

it does cause me to start thinking. specifically, it starts me thinking about how poor the state of our educational system must be, if there are this many people who lack the ability to tell the difference between not forcing others to pay for a product, and denial of the product.

What I believe is not relevant to whatever point you were trying to make. Make a clear statement and then lets discuss it.

    Changes nothing.
Of course it does. Your statement that ""But if you do want, say, a vasectomy, you won't run into any hurdles due to laws or restrictions preventing you from doing so, so it's entirely your choice"", is meaningless because there are no hurdles in the way of a woman having tubal ligation, the female version of a vasectomy, either.

The cartoon you added also holds no relevance.
