I haven't seen anyone defending any acts of terrorism by extremists. But there are some that defend acts of terrorism if they are done under our flag.

It would have to be epic Mr. Magoo level myopia.
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

I would like to think this instance was a good moment to apologize when a US soldier goes into a village and murders 9 children and 3 women, as said, if only to try and ensure this does not escalate.

If that is how you describe someone that doesn't place Nationalism above ethics and moral behavior.

I was not aware he went around apologizing all the time, to be honest, I am not sure he has apologized that much to begin with.
