No one has a legal right to smoke PCP in front of their kids.

    Obviously.

So your stance is that drugs should be illegal, but alcohol legal?

Alcohol is a drug. So is nicotine. We saw what happened when the first one was outlawed. Outlaw the second, and it would be just as bad or worse. Other drugs are still outlawed, and with the same result: violent gangs, smuggling, an underground market.

Outlawing drugs does not work. The outcome is violence that is worse than the drugs themselves.

Nicotine and alcohol don't cause the psychoactive effects that hard drugs like PCP do.

I'm fine with weed being made legal, I'm not fine with all drugs being legal like you suggested.

Some drugs are worse than others, no doubt about it.

Are illegal drugs worse than legal ones? Has the government rationally outlawed the worst ones and left the others alone?

Did anyone say there was a RIGHT to smoke PCP? It is illegal, there has been no law that you have a right to use PCP.
