I don't know if it is just me, but I am just tired of everything being declared "racist". If I tell someone that I do not like Barack Obama, they will call me a racist.

It's just you because nothing you said has any relevance for what is happening in this thread.

You cheer for your team. At this game, the USA was not a team.

I promise you I didnt tell my children to run over and kick little Johnny's ass for calling them a name. We didnt organize neighborhood protests or call their mommies. I had a little chat with my kid over the insignificance of little Johnny and how his actions speak volumes of him and nothing of my child. Of course...it was easier explaining it to a child than to people invested in getting all butt hurt. But lets not retreat from the basic factual reality...We will have threads and multiple postings over insignificant crap like this...as if it matters...but how often will you see people paying attention to the things happening where people are actually getting hurt or maimed. Oh no...he told an insensitive joke. As if this and worse doesnt happen in EVERY community across the country. Minimize it? Hell...you cant MINIMIZE something as insignificant as this.
When you start moving the line of what gets addressed, over and over, eventually there IS no line. This is not the crime of the century, but ignoring stuff like these presents that the concept is acceptable.

As far as what we have threads about... we have threads about small stuff and big stuff. Where one chooses to post reflects one's interest, not necessarily the importance of the issue.

So, have you gotten around to answering my follow up question, yet?

You cheer for your team... not your country if both teams are from your country.

If you find the thread so annoying, there are others, Vance.
