Because the guy I was responding to said it was not his state therefor he did not care... It is NOT just one state. It is 24. (25 was a misprint on my part)

And that guy was YOU .... So it may just impact you.

American should be governed by American laws and no others.
When has this not been the case...?

It's not in the state I live in so it doesn't, which is why I said it.

So again, that makes it legitament how? Does 25 states doing something stupid automatically make something legitiment? No, it doesn't.

Your key is SHOULD. But they do not always do so. This law would require them to follow the American law. From the link I cite above:
Orhers have asserted with certainty that state court judges will always reject any foreign law, including Shariah law, when it conflicts with the Constitution or state public policy; yet we found 15 Trial Court cases, and 12 Appellate Court cases, where Shariah was found to be applicable in these particular cases. The facts are the facts: some judges are making decisions deferring to Shariah law even when those decisions conflict with Constitutional protections.

I do not know if you are in one of the 24 states. I am just pointing out that it may affect you....

Also, if 24 states have similar legislation, it shows that it is not a small fringe movement.

And should my state do something as stupid as this and waste taxpayers time and money on something so stupid as this I will vote against them in an election.

I never said it was a small fringe movement, I said it was a waste of time and money.

They should outlaw mulling. They're obviously not very good at it.
