Unlike these anonymous idiots, who can claim ignorance if they are ever found.
You missed the first four words of my post!

    Prior to July 1776 ...
For example: When was the Boston Tea Party?

Do you honestly think the idea of a Declaration of Independence sprung up out of the ground from some tavern get together one Friday night and was signed a few days later? Com'on, man, the Revolution started long before 2 July, 1776 - it just wasn't formal until then.

    Ed:
I guess it wasn't "formal" until it was actually adopted on 4 July.

There is no "penis bone," but you can break your penis all the same. It's called penile fracture, and it's not a subtle injury. When it happens, there's "an audible pop or snap," Montague says. Then the penis turns black and blue.

I would be more angry at a politicians who legislates the way I would want him to but was elected by those I disagree with than I would be at a politician who legislates a way I disagree with and was elected by those I disagree with.

yes folks, you may quote these words as your own.
The Founding Fathers were not great and so rebelled against the tyranny of the government that abused them.

The Battles of Lexington and Concord were the first military engagements of the American Revolution and were fought in April of 1775, a full year before the Declaration of Independence.

That first year of the revolution was fought by American colonists against British oppression, but it wasn't until the Declaration that the Continental Congress decided on what the colonies were fighting for - to fully assert their rights as Englishmen or to self-govern in their own right.

Prior to the Declaration of Independence, there were many forays between the Continental Congress and the British Parliament in order to cease hostilities. In fact, there was one proposal in which the American colonies would be allowed to vote for seats in Parliament, and another proposal in which the American colonies would have their own separate parliament and remain in the British Empire.

So if arguments went just a little differently in the Continental Congress, we could still be a part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and North America.

And when the people behind anonymous put forward their names and stand in public, then perhaps I would consider judging them as having the same mettle as the Founders. Remember, people did not revere the Founders before 1776 either.

If those punk-ass kids stop thinking that their Ddos attacks are sophisticated and try to live off their mother's basement, then I'll think that they have a <1% chance of achieving their goal. Right now, it's <0%

But until July 1776 the Revolutionaries were just "little cowards", right???
It's a damn good thing for us they were carrying on the war anyway!

And should we also condemn SEALS, Marine snipers, and other special forces? They don't advertise their presence, either, and even though I could be wrong I bet you won't find a list of SEAL members on-line anywhere.
(And my apologies to the SEALS if I am wrong.)

No, you are not wrong about the SEALS; their identities are kept secret.

But there is a big difference between the SEALS, Marines, other SF's, and these script kiddies: our men (and women) in uniform are supporting the current government, whereas anonymous is trying to take it down. Our military men are not striving to be revolutionaries, and therefore, they are not judged by those standards. They are not trying to change the future of the entire country (world), and therefore they do not need to make themselves known, and the job that they do is more than enough to earn respect from me.

Contrast this with anonymous, who hide behind computer screens and whose main weapon is the DDoS attack, which has all the sophistication of IM YELLING SO LOUD THAT YOU CAN'T HEAR YOURSELF ANYMORE LALALALALALALALALAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!11

These kids are pushing us towards revolution, and as far as I can tell, they have no plan as for how it should all end up. If they did, I'd speak differently of them, but they don't, so . . .

Now, at this point in the game of course, our Founding Fathers hadn't articulated their plan to the public either - which is why I reserve the right to change my mind about anonymous. They might end up surprising me. Our Founding Fathers' actions in 1776 showed that they were never cowards, because they did eventually put forth their names . . . before the fight was won. And I would change my opinion of the anonymous group if they were to do the same.
