Three students -- two age 10 and one age 11 these people are sociopaths who should be charged, get their butts kicked, then sent to a residential school and given therapy. Total disregard for the rights of others.

Holy crap, they admit to trying to poison their teacher twice and the only thing that happens to them is that they are expelled? That's seriously ****ed up. :(

I agree the kids need to be charged with attempted murder. Being expelled should be the least of their problems. It also makes me wonder about the kids parents and their parenting skills (or lack their of). At a minimum the kids are in need of serious help to get their heads straight.

I don't know if its because we have more access to information, but it seems problems like this in schools is more prevalent today than years past. Kids shooting kids. Kids trying to kill off teachers. In our local news some young guy is on the run because he killed his girlfriend 2 year old kid because the kid would not eat. Some thought my generation growing up in the 60's was screwed up.:lol:

The CBS affiliate reported that the plot was uncovered two months after an attempt when "a parent was bragging that her son saved the teacher's life by preventing her from drinking the poisoned coffee." The boy in question was allegedly the one who came up with the idea in the first place.

One of them fessed up and the teache rdidnt drink it. They didn't tell mom the whole story though.
Rat poison must be consumed over time to be lethal.

****ed up... alot of schools have wings for the bad kids. They can stay there till college I guess.And
And perhaps visit juvie.

Death by poisoning is not pleasant. All three of those kids are sociopaths yet are around other kids...and teachers. Someone needs to find out what the hell is going on and see why they have not been arrested.

Apparently the students didn't actually poison her but attempted to if I am not mistaken then, and withheld at the last minute.
Sounds like a reaaaally bad joke by some questionable kids.
The school likely knows them and doesn't want to press charges.

This is not tomfoolery. This could have placed the victim some serious health circumstances. The school is negligent should they not press charges. These buggers will be back with more antics which may have serious consequences.

Someone needs to help these kids. They need to be in some serious counseling to determine if they are safe to be in society right now. This isn't a practical joke like putting exlax or something like that to make the teacher sick, rat poison is an attempt to kill. Maybe they don't understand that. These parents are obviously not capable of being parents. The one parent was bragging about her kid's role in this.
