Strongest solar storm since 2005 hitting Earth

We just lost internet all over the Texas permian basin for a couple hours. I wonder if this solar storm is related?

Highly unlikely unless it's a satellite connection. Then possibly.

It's either that or somebody was digging where they shouldn't.

My gps acted up most of last week while traveling in east Tennessee. I was leading me into circles and for awhile showed me a 1/4 mile off the road I was on. It's never done that before.

My satellite internet was slow last week and kept losing connection to sites.
