I would most certainly hope not. Then again I'm of the opinion that if we're really interested in airline security, that we strip search everyone, put them in straitjackets and hoods, seat them in 5 point restraints in the aircraft, and just leave them there for the duration of the flight

Far better to have another Flight 93, wouldn't it?

First, the story states nothing of the kind. Second, he was not arrested. I'm quite sure he was free to leave the airport. Or do you know something the rest of the world doesn't?

Until another plane is bombed, I'd say they do okay. They could do better, but the whining about TSA in this country is astounding to me.

yes, it would be great if a militant arm of the government indefiniately held our politicians such that they could not represent their state in Congress or voice disapproval to legislation. Hell, let's detain all of congress; right? I mean, it'd be such a great thing.

why have people these days somehow lost the ability to use their brains?

Or this saying that we shouldn't have these added security measures?
Whose to say a senator has no bomb? Half of them seem insane to me.

If it were anyone else, I'd think you're being sarcastic. You? Not so sure...

yeah, but anyone you completely disagree with is likely the best choice for the Republic and for freedom. So there's that.
