The one where she was attempting to blackmail the President?
Dismissed, refiled and settled out of court. Oh THATS whyat it is...a bunch of right wingers fault...not a president who had multiple affairs, who used his cigar as a dildo in the oval office on a White House aide 40 years his junior while being married, who was accused of sexual harrassment (and duck and dodge...he no less settled) who was accused of rape and sexual assault, who was heard telling his 12 year mistress on tape telling her to lie about the affair. OF COURSE...its all just that 'vast right wing conspiracy'.

Because he is suspected of DUI does that mean there should be no tests done on welfare recipients? Or any government employees? What does state legislation have to do with the actions of one person?

So Democrats don't care if welfare recipients are on drugs it seems. Just give them the money and leave.

But of course that's their constituency we're talking about.
Of course they have something to do with each other. A substance abuser who wants to test the down-and-out for substance abuse is a hypocrite. End of story.

As far as testing those applying for public assistance, there is no basis that I'm aware to think that they are any more likely to use drugs than anyone else. So why should people who are obviously strapped for cash have to pay to have themselves tested for drugs (as the Kipper would require)? Do you suppose the Kipper will reimburse the state for his multiple tests? Having admitted that he was over the limit and that he lied to police, will he henceforth refuse to take his salary, which is after all paid for by taxpayers?

Man, you have a real problem telling the truth. The case was dismissed by the trial court. Jones appealed and agreed to dismiss her appeal when she got her payola.

Sure...I see people like you model it here every day. This instance however has nothing to do with hypocrisy. This is an issue for ONE REASON and one reason alone...he is a republican. That is ALL you care about.

No, I wouldn't say that ALL Republicans are hypocrites. But the kipper certainly is.

Dismissed...refiled...and settled by Clinton for $850,000.00. Precisely what I said. Your hero had already lied under oath...shame he didnt just settle the first time. Not the brightest bulb in the box. Then again...he spent a lot of his time in office with the blood in his little head. And dont worry...I know you dont like the ugly truth...I will restate it...he lied...UNDER OATH...while on trial for sexual harassment...about an affair with a White House aide. He lied about getting blowjobs in the oval office...about jabbing the childs vag with a cigar and smoking it...THATS your boy...He was accused fo groping another woman on the day of her husbands funeral. Accused of raping aboter campaign staffer. Had multiple affairs, lied about them and...like you...blamed it all on the 'vast right wing conspiracy'. The only dfifference between him...hillary...and you...is that they were smart enough to finally let go of that whole vast right wing conspiracy thing.

It appears you are not telling the WHOLE truth. Why was Jones' case dismissed?

Nnnnoooo, try again. You can't just refile a case that's been dismissed with prejudice.

Yes, that is his position. Maybe you should have actually checked before you blindly blathered about it?
