Never claimed that it was exactly the same. It is analogous. Same point, right? Kipper snack was buzzed when he wasn't supposed to be buzzed. His bill is designed to prevent people who are buzzed when they shouldn't be from getting public assistance.

It equals simple intoxication to anyone other than a partisan driven hack. .02 above the legal limit is not a big deal. Drving while intoxicated is. Id be willing to bet that within the last month a good number of people on this site alone have topped that BAC. But then...the great majority of people dont follow liberal websites looking for any and everything they can find and then post hack threads about them.
Like I said, you are making excuses for drunk driving. Great job, Brownie.

Which is the ONLY reason why the .02 is even relevant...correct? Not substance abuse...DUI...which makes your whole argument as stupid as its maker.

Can you prove that Rep. Smith has an alcohol abuse problem?

All the better if you do it while trying to force poor people to piss in a cup to get their rent money.
If those people are receiving their rent money from MY tax money then you are damned straight they should be subject to random testing. If they can't stay off the drugs then they don't need to live in my housing.

Smith was indeed above the legal limit to drive. But I don't think you can equate that to generational welfare recipients who continue to get tax payer money for food and shelter while they continue to remain unemployable and on drugs. You say they are analogous, and I say not in the least.

So what? I assure I drink maybe three times a year if I am lucky, and I could be a bar with friends and have say two drinks, get pulled over coming home, and you'd say that I have a drinking problem?

If Georgia is anything like Florida, 96% of the applicants will test clean. Whereas 100% of the kipper snacks have a recent DUI arrest.

Yes, I would say that if you driver under the influence that you have a drinking problem. At least while you're driving under the influence!
