    True. He was a bit overzealous interrogating a prisoner. The prisoner evidently tried to reach for a gun and was "subdued" by West and his men.

    Relieving him from his command did no favors to the people of Iraq. An interpreter made this comment:

    After Lieutenant Colonel West was relieved of his command, an interpreter employed by a private contractor said that without his presence, the region he previously oversaw "became more dangerous and chaotic".

    Right, if my "a bit overzealous" you mean that he violated the code of military conduct.

    The guy reached for a gun? You don't honestly believe that, do you?

    A lot of wingnuts in that crowd as well. Like the guy who claims someone tried to pull a weapon when surrounded by armed troops, even though the investigation obviously found there was no truth to the claim.
