I'm surprised the Libbos haven't put the cheese industry out of business. Cholestoral is one of the biggest killers in the country.
 
one day we'll wake up and offer an irradiated alternative.

we can have an irradiated option for those of us who understand the technology and don't want food poisoning, and a non-irradiated option for those who are more afraid of the word "irradiation" than they are of genuinely dangerous foodborne pathogens.
