Which is the same thing as saying "If I have a kid I can write him off on my taxes. Therefor if I don't have a kid I'm fined by the government by more taxes. The government is forcing me to have kids!"You are dictated to have insurance, or pay a penalty.
They also are making me buy a house.
There isn't just one option that you can pick from. There's many plans and as long as it fits the minimum criteria it's all good. Most plans already do. By definition, if there are at least two plans to pick from, you're getting a choice. Unless you're claiming that they are banning all insurance plans and companies except for one you are wrong. If you are claiming that then please provide evidence.Oh and you cannot choose your coverage, it's chosen FOR you.
That's the definition of control.
