Pretty sure that UC Davis and UC Berkley are different schools
    I may be wrong.

Shouldn't we wait to see what the investigation of this incident turns out to be? I mean, the use of a snippet in time really doesn't show the picture.

Good Catch. It is Davis. Location of the event doesn't excuse the police in this case.

Well that's pretty much what government thinks of protest rights.

Unless those kids were preventing a rescue vehicle from doing its job, that looked like a peaceful protest. The school administrator did call the police in, but even she is reprimanding their reaction.

BTW, the kids shouting "shame on you" were pretty f'n dumb. You won't stop government crack down on rights and expression thereof by shouting "shame on you" when those rights are violated.

So, when protesters are told to disburse, and then surround the police, they should be able to do that?

Since they were told to disburse, and then surrounded the police, can I assume then that you are not in favor of the policemen having the right to protect themselves?
