I seriously doubt it. But if it makes you feel better to believe so then go ahead.

Ok, and this case would have to be adjudicated in order for the situation to be cleared up. Situations are often different, and likely open to interpenetration by the courts.

However, if you are saying that you'd rather have had the potential of injury, to either the protester, or law enforcement officers by physically trying to drag them apart and arrest them, I can't understand why you would want such a confrontation, other than to make hay out of any action by the police.

The fact that Rosa Parks was violating the law was not in dispute, so that doesn't get you out of what you think should have been done to her.

Why are you so in favor of government telling you when, where and how you can enact your first amendment rights?

Do you believe mild chemical weapons should be used every time someone does something the government doesn't want them to do - even if said violation is of a minor offense (disorderly conduct)?

I have caught pepper spray second-hand once when a store I worked at was being robbed (unarmed). It's pretty ****ing awful and took about three hours before I could see and breathe properly again and I was about six feet away from the robber.

By the way, he was unarmed, but he was trying to knock down the security officer who ended up spraying him - in other words there was an ACTUAL threat of and attempt to use violence against a police officer. He wasn't sitting on the ground with his arms locked.

I'll respond to anything I wish thank you. I own this keyboard, not you.

They were docile in spite of being pepper sprayed. You are now on ignore. I am sick of listening to your pratter. I am quite certain the police could have shot each of the protesters in the head, and as long as the officer gave them warning ahead of time that he would do it if they didn't leave, you would have felt it was justified.

Here's a little incite for you... Resisting police as they did, IS NOT DOCILE.

That's fine, just ignore that law and the views of the appellate court.

It's the law not to pepper spray nonviolent protesters.

Are these pictures cherry picked from other incidents? Can I please see the source of these pictures from the original source?
