the richest one percent, the richest 5 percent pay more of the federal income tax burden now than at any point in the last 7 decades. Seems to me that group is paying enough
More Americans contributed to their country in taxes and all fit American men served their country in the draft. This contributed greatly to spirit of America and the understanding of other Americans from every part of the country. Now that spirit is waning and there are Red and Blue States, the "What's the matter with Kansas" attitudes, and attacks on 'the rich' to pay for the social engineering experiments. We can see the consequences of this playing out on our newscasts every day.
