The fact is that student loans are just a minute part of the problem. Creating a culture dependent on government funds is the real problem, though a good way to promote a politician politically. That is the major flaw in any democracy, and recognized by De Tocqueville over 200 years ago. People have learned to vote themselves other peoples money and Barrack Obama and his party are just the ones to exploit that democratic flaw.

You spend too much time focusing on phrasology. I rarely speak in absolutes, as to do so is to be foolish.

Nothing Obama is doing makes anyone dependent. in fact, he's doing next to nothing at all, so not much there to bribe anyone with. I mean, look, "I'll do nothing so you vote for me," is not really a bribe. And it create nothing.

Then why can't he present a budget and then balance it?

Instead he is making more promises of government expenditures and bribing, literally in the Solyndra case, his supporters.

Who has done that? Why do all of them struggle with the budget?

Again, he isn't doing anything of significance here. No one is going to vote for him because of this.

Has Barrack Obama even had a budget??? He's not had to struggle at all.

Investing in billions in bum companies is of no significance? Was this part of his election platform? Those who voted in him did do because of his financial expertise? This one investment alone wipes out any gains he might have made from 'taxing the rich'!

This jerk is a 'Community Organizer" and you can't even point to a successful community he organized!

Who complained of his budget apart from his own party and the Republicans? I certainly didn't. The one budget he presented was dismissed 97-0.

I know what you mean brother....The really sad, sad thing is that boo is just an example of the symptom of obfuscation, and diversion from the true failures of the liberal plans to date for the past 5 going on 6 years.

I have to think that if this were a republican, or a conservative leaning independent in control for the past years, and the country had the spiral that we have now, the liberals would be relentless in their constant attacks, vitriol, and condemnation.

The thing is that the shoe keeps changing while the song remains the same.
