Your refusal to answer the question over and over and over and over says it all. I get it...you havent given it any thought and if you did you would realize 1-our presence in post war Iraq and Afghanistan is no different than post war Germany and Japan and 2-The enemy we fight today is NOT Iraq OR Afghanistan but is still very real.

Who are we fighting today? When we leave, will that 'war' be over? Dont worry...I wont ask it again.

War ended? Call it what you will, but Iraq has been waging a civil war for some time. We've merely played referee there. And expensive and life wasting effort at playing referee is all we've really done there. Afghanistan is a little more complicated, with more consequences concerning Pakistan. But the battle there is as well largely one concerning the Afghan people.

you're right. Bush never asked Congress to declare war against Iraq nor Afghanistan, therefore not only did the wars end in 2002 & 2003, they weren't even real wars.

May I also add, that our government should attempt to operate with in the constrictions set by our constitution, this would definitely save our country blood and money.

We didn't face full-blown insurgencies in post-war Germany and Japan...yes there's a huge difference, and not merely one of degree.

of course there is. comparing post-WW2 Germany & Japan to Iraq after the fall of Saddam, is 100% dishonesty.

Check and Mate. Turn over your King voluntarily and preserve at least a little dignity. Or not.
