    Police beating occupiers:

Too bad they didn't fight back.

Certainly you can Tessa, if part of that properties sale from the government to the private owners was that it remain open to the public at all times.

Ohhh so now its occupy TheDemSocialist's moms house now??
    Good luck with that movement....

But you never answered the question: Is a plaza/park the equivalent of my mothers house??

But didnt Mayor Bloomberg say the protesters can stay there as long and however long they want to stay there?

A plaza /Park is absolutely private property...and you bet...every bit as much someones property as your moms house...and so you WOULD be upset if the occupiers squatted in your mothers house and **** wherever they felt like. Well...you are a LOUSY anarchist...but nice to know you value your mothers investment.

Property rights, guaranteed by the Constitution, didn't go out the window, just because people have been tricked into thinking that Wall Street is responsible for the depression.

corporate profits are at an all-time high, yet corporations have failed to hire back the workers they laid off in 2008-2009.

this is a reason to be very mad at Wall Street.
