So if a company finds illegal activity, they should just let it happen until the authorities find it?

Sssshhhhh, you're applying logic and common sense to hazl's argument. How dare you ruin our fun! It's so much more fun to watch him dig a bigger hole with every post he makes. His arguments are insane 99% of the time and more than half bring up some "FOX News conspiracy" when FOX News isn't a part of the story. If it isn't then it's them evil 'teabaggers', 'republicons' and every other cute little twist on words he likes to use on a regular basis. Oh wait, he got in two of those digs in the OP!

His arguments are so weak that I've had to replace two keyboards from spitting my drink on them when reading his dribble. You can't blame his arguments for being weak and void of common sense as he is just following his playbook.

FOX does a pretty good job of bashing themselves. FOX, the news channel of those who do not want to think for themselves. If FOX did not exist, Jon Stewart would have nothing to make fun of.

Was that enough or do I need to come up with more?

No, they fired an incompetent whistle blower. Egorova-Farines sued the Koch subsidiary for wrongful termination and lost. The court dismissed her case and ordered her to pay the Koch subsidiary's legal fees.

I wonder why Bloomberg didn't do an article on G.E., who was charged with the same offense by the Securities and Exchange Commission??? Could it be that they ignored G.E. because they are an Obama favorite child ???

Washington, D.C., July 27, 2010 The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged General Electric Company with violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) for its involvement in a $3.6 million kickback scheme with Iraqi government agencies to win contracts to supply medical equipment and water purification equipment.

The SEC alleges that two GE subsidiaries along with two other subsidiaries of public companies that have since been acquired by GE made illegal kickback payments in the form of cash, computer equipment, medical supplies, and services to the Iraqi Health Ministry or the Iraqi Oil Ministry in order to obtain valuable contracts under the U.N. Oil for Food Program.

Corporations bribing someone? Ehh, care-o-meter is low. American corporations bypassing laws to deal with Iran? Very newsworthy.

Just did a 20 minute check of FoxNews site. Could not find this story. Took less that five minutes to find it on all the other US MSM sites (I was surprised it was not easier to find on those sites - all, but left-wing media seems to want to bury this story)

Here is another story you won't be seeing on FoxNews: BBC News - Nobel prize for economics awarded to two Americans
The reason? These two economists go the award for proving that the economic interventions that Obama has been pushing and GOP has been obstructing work.

I think a lot of companies that do business in developing countries take part in these type of activities. It's almost a requirement if you don't want to get screwed by all the corruption there. That doesn't necessarily make it right (and it definitely doesn't make it legal), but I would like to know more about these alleged deals before I really get angry at Koch.

Novel prize is useless anymore as its political agenda had them giving Obama an award two months after him taking office, and he had done nothing......pfft...File it the who the hell cares section.
