Obama: Commander in chief must support gay troops

I think that would be you. Don't get testy, because I made your boy look like an idiot.

Want me to post the link showing Jack Murtha falsely accusing four Marines of murder? Who spoke up then, about denying those men their right to due process? Was it Obama?

I was right, you have no clue what he was talking about. He was talking about the difficulty in Afghanistan, and not condemning the troops. Hint: don't judge words based on a 18 second youtube video. In point of fact, Bush was talking about the same issue at the time, how civilian casualties, while unavoidable, made the job in Afghanistan harder.

I was saying its hardly a point of criticism that he did not address the hecklers in his response to the question, thats just my opinion. However its also my opinion that you can criticize him all you want if he wants to reinstate the DADT policy, especially since you can't force those out of the closet to go back in.

I know right? "Hey, I know you are gay and all but we are going to need you to stop being so open about it. Yeah, back where you belong...", "Thanks for serving in the military though!"

In all seriousness though I agree with what Jerry said earlier that Republican's use anti-gay-marriage as a way to get more votes from people that don't support gays.

Obama: Commander in chief must support gay troops - Yahoo! News

Good stuff. Democrats constantly get called anti-American for being in opposition to the Iraq war or whatever other vague military intervention du jour. Republicans should get a little bit of their own medicine. They only seem to support the straight troops.
I think we should sent our new gay troops into Libya. If nothing else it'll upset the natives. They should spread their love across the land. They might even bring home some war brides.

Sure, go for it. While you're doing that, I'll post the vid where Obama accuses our troops of indiscriminatly killing civilians and other Libbos falsely accusing them of war crimes. Wanna see whose list is longer and uglier?

Please do. I would like to see the the list of false accusations.

Hell, not only did it happen at an event he was at...he was the one saying it!

Obama: troops just airraiding villages and killing civilians - YouTube

He said: We've got to get the job done there...and that requires us to have enough troops that we're not air-raiding villages and killing civilians which is causing enormous problems there.

Which part of that is untrue? Did American planes not air-raiding the villages in Afghanistan and Pakistan and killing civilians? Did this not cause problems there? Did the American troops not need more troops? Does the US not need to get the job done there?
