    Maybe it is because Iran was a founding member state at the UN?

    Well because you see Grim the world ain't a very perfect place, leaders like him will always be around, and the UN is a place for all the worlds nations to come and... god I can't believe I'm using this word "express themselves". Not that I believe this is the Iranian people expressing themselves through their leader, more like a murderous despot smoking alot of crack with the Ayatollah and coming up with ways to troll the UN but you ain't always going to like what people have to say.
