I don't know if Fox edited the video like you say, but the fox link that I posted appears to contain the language you said was edited out. So how do we resolve the apparent conflict between a video and article from the same source?

I continue to laugh at your mindless attacks on Fox, all of which are nothing more than red herring to shift attention away from Hoffa's inflammatory rhetoric.

Oh good, you have Pete thanking you now....be proud my man! Hey, you bring up some extremist group that are so news worthy, that they are seldom ever seen; so you can defend Hoffa as some non-violent type of democrat. Where is you moderation, Mr Moderate?

The video was doctored, here is what he said:

Everybody here's got to vote. If we go back and keep the eye on the prize, let's take these son of a bitches out and give America back to America where we belong! Thank you very much!
You can take those words any way your heart desires, I can't control that, but I don't see them as threatening, I see him telling the union membership to make sure they get out and vote Nov 2012.

The article you posted from Fox is not the issue here. In fact, on their news segments Ed Henry of Fox News clearly states that Hoffa was speaking about the election.

But Fox also decided to put out an edited version of the speech.

Go to the OP and view the video, you can plainly see where they chopped his words. It just prior to him saying: ""Take These Son Of Bitches Out."

Was I arguing that some words were threatening?

As long as people like Hoffa and Palin are spewing the irrational, emotion-inducing rhetoric that they spew, the above can't happen. That's why I consider comments that employ violent rhetoric despicable.

    That's irrelevant.
What REALLY matters here is that Fox edited the video!

The words were taken out context by fair and balanced Fox. this is what hes said:

HOFFA: Everybody here's got to vote. If we go back and keep the eye on the prize, let's take these son of a bitches out and give America back to America where we belong! Thank you very much!

Reading comprehension and disingenous quoting are your hallmarks, among other negatives. Possibly why most members gloss over your posts. I demonstrated that your buddy lpast was making a ridiculous comparison by using a white supremecy group.
