take it up with your President... it was his call all the way.

i'm not fond of the idea of going after libya myself... but i didn't have a say in the matter and neither did any of my representatives.

I think I'll withhold any sort of judgement here for awhile.

Here's the catch: Most of those Africans that are being killed by Libyan rebels are foreign workers. (Blacks In Libya | Libyan rebels accused of targeting blacks - Los Angeles Times) (AU: Libya rebels may be indiscriminately killing black workers, mistaking them for mercenaries - The Washington Post). The rebels have been targeting Africans a lot (Libyan rebel ethnic cleansing and lynching of black people Human rights investigations).

Overall, the rebels are pretty racist (The Racist Revolt in Libya | RedState) (Libya’s ‘new racism’) (Amnesty and racist rebel atrocities in Libya Human rights investigations).

Kinda like Egypt, where we encouraged Muslim extremists to oust a U.S. friendly government.
False. The US co-opted the Egyptian revolution (Arab Spring: Revolutions, Lies, and Intervention)

Well its none of our business to be involved anyways cuz its their country and their civil war and their revolution.

Kinda like Egypt, where we encouraged Muslim extremists to oust a U.S. friendly government.
Except we took no sides and remained very quiet on this one. One could argue we wanted Mubarack to stay in power.....
But anyways same as above: its their country, its their revolution...

I don't disagree. We should have never gotten involved in Libya.

Didn't take sides, eh? Right! Obama was totally silent about Egypt.

Oh boy, here we go. Kick out the dictator, replace him with something worse. Well, hopefully it'll get better after things have settled down for a year or so.
For: legalizing drugs, gay marriage, abortion, guns, universal health care, public sector jobs, nuclear power, free education, progressive taxation
Against: corporations, make-work, the 40 hour work week, intellectual property, imperialism, "homeland security," censorship

Never know what you're gonna get with rebellion.
You know the time is right to take control, we gotta take offense against the status quo

Some folks were telling us that the emerging leadership, in Egypt, would be the Muslim Brotherhood. But, the, "we're smarter than you are", folks said that wasn't going to happen.
