I am not a sheep. I don't enjoy joining the group of village moralists, demanding "justice" and threatening the police commanders into taking drastic (over-re)action to pacify me. This man probably made a mistake. I do not think (and have no logical reason to) that this man is a reflection of the millions upon millions of other cops in this country. Just like the asshole cop who pulled me over at 230am and searched my car because he saw a "weapon" in the back seat isn't a reflection of the millions upon millions of other cops in this country.

People are human. People **** up. A misdemeanor offense without further evidence of significant misconduct is a stupid reason to tar and feather anybody, cop or not.

Dont have to know anything...the video says it all...in uniform hes done...trust he will be fired as he should...no sense beleaguring the point with you test your not will ing to understand just what he did wrong...this is not a grocery clerk grabbing a quickie....this is a State Police officer in full uniform..

but if he is off duty, on private property, and with a woman who was not trading favors for leniency, then there would be no legitimate basis to apply disciplinary measures against the leo
 
he should be fired, at the very least, for being a dumbass and doing it right in front of a security camera.
 
Good Lord. The anal retentive puritans around here are hilarious. If the guy was off duty and no one got hurt, who the **** cares? I mean seriously. Two consenting adults have intercourse. Oh the horror!

But seriously - the only thing that bugs me a little is that I couldn't get away with that - countless people can't. So if they find him they should fine him. But fire and suspension? No.
 
The only thing that would have made it better is if in the picture some guy is going up to give him a high five. And I am pretty sure most people were saying what they thought they should publicly say about it.
