no, actually, you will notice, the question is whether or not Obama overhyped his ability to reduce unemployment; thus resulting in a rather extreme disparity between promises and results.

Ron Paul polled within the margin of error.

Yeah, we're there. And all the charisma in the world won't fix a 9% official unemployment rate - people will happily pick someone they like less who knows how to create jobs.

The two main contenders for the Republican Nomination are Perry and Romney; neither of whom fit your depiction.

I'd like to see all of this "class warfare" discussion scuttled and hear some ideas about tariffs
why? do you not like poor people?

Perry is too evangelical. Romney has RomneyCare.

No, it's because it's nothing more than rich people whining about poor people not "paying their fair share". As if that would miraculously fix the credit based economy.

I think it also goes the other way, perhaps even more so.

It's one side saying, "We can't afford to pay more taxes." and the other side saying, "We refuse to pay more taxes. We were going to create jobs use automation to save on labor costs with that money."

The emperor Obama has no clothes. The transparency of the oligarchy and our sham USA democracy has become all too apparent.

True, but how would you like to be one of the 9.1% who don't? Who do you think they will vote for?

Black unemployment: Highest in 27 years
By Annalyn Censky @CNNMoney September 2, 2011: 3:13 PM ET

The unemployment rate for blacks surged to 16.7% in August, its highest rate since 1984, the Labor Department reported Friday.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- The August jobs report was dismal for plenty of reasons, but perhaps most striking was the picture it painted of racial inequality in the job market.

Black unemployment surged to 16.7% in August, its highest level since 1984, while the unemployment rate for whites fell slightly to 8%, the Labor Department reported.
