I think it's a tacit peace they have between them..

Both cartels and Mexican gov *leech* off tourism. You don't mess your bread and butter

Outside its good vs evil, but in the inside, they are both cut from the same cloth

    .
The knowledge of the operational plan went all the way to Eric Holder and most likely Obama. It's a White House issue, which makes it a political issue.

Could U.S. politics have been an accessory to the tragedy?

What was your first thought after hearing about 911?

    Maybe who did it?

    So who's really politicizing this?

Where exactly are the areas of Mexico that have not had problems with cartels and violence over the past few years? Because the last time I saw a map of the various cartels' territory, there wasn't a single Mexican acre that wasn't in cartel territory.

What is really amazing to me is that I see and hear ads for Mexican vacations on TV and Radio.

How stupid it that. There is no way in hell I would cross the border for any reason.

I under stand that in 2010 over 34,000 people were killed by the drug cartels in Mexico.

They also love to kidnap Americans.

So do you think it's a good idea to go there?
If we don't secure are borders this will spill over here and soon.

Off the top of my head there's been no problem to speak of in Ajijic, Hautulco, Mismaloya, Yelapa, San Filipe and I don't recall anything of note in San Miguel de Allende. I plan to be in Guanajuato later this year and I am very much looking forward to it.
