How would you know? But even if my beliefs were 100% liberal, liberal all the time, is it not possible to hold beliefs without being part of any double secret agenda? Seriously j, you just look for reasons to not listen. I think it hurts you more than anyone else, but that is your choice.

As for things I don't support, I don't support any surge in Afghanistan. I think Obama should have been more forceful on healthcare, not less. I think Obama should have stood stronger for tax increases, but do support cuts in spending. I don't think we should be involved in regime change, be it Iraq or Lybia.

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: I think the world vests too much power, certainly in the president, probably in Washington in general for its influence on the economy, because most all of the economy has nothing to do with the government.

What do you mean "even if?" lol....Come on dude, you expect to have everyone see things the way you present them as dishonest as that can be at times, then want to project your failings onto those which you debate, and when called on it you resort to continually posting some catch phrase, or smiley as a jab, intended to incite. My kids act better. So spare me.

As for what you post in the latter paragraph, I read that as you wanted Obama to lurch further to the left, regardless of the damage it would do, and has done already....Wow, you are some centrist there Boo...

I am begining to question whether you are actually some teacher, in some Iowa collage, or if that is possibly your dad, and you are actually something like 14 years old, typing in Mom's basement.....Look, get dressed, clean up, and get out and get a job Boo, you need to see the sunshine.

J, I can't comment on what you think you see, and find that at least someone dishonest on your part. J, you haven't "caught" anyone at anything, and that's the point. I'm not sure if you just can't follow a discussion, or if your partisanship blinds you too much for you to be able to address actual issues. I really can't say, but you should take a deep breath, clear your head, take the partisan glassess off, and reread.

In some cases, yes I think Obama should have gone further left than he did. And no where did I say I was a centrist. You have missed the point again J.

No, you didn't say you were a centrist. But you do have famous tags as "Leftist, what ever that is", and even here you try and take a quasi intellectual position portraying yourself as some kind of voice of reason, when in fact you are among the worst offenders using one line trolls designed to bait an argument.

I am done with you for now dude, the dishonesty is making my blood pressure raise.

You miss the point of that. I don't call myself a leftist either. Like most people, I just hold certain beliefs, some left, some right. For example, I would never sugegst anyone I care about have an abortion. It is simplistic and often wrong to label without meaning. You use it to marginalize who your talking to, and thus stunt discourse and discussion. This is a problem, and one of the major problems we face in the political arean today. Those who speak this way, be it left or right, are the problem.

And i say again j, you don't know honesty from dishonesty. If you did, you might want to look in the mirror.
