Black caucus: Tired of making excuses for Obama

if things were truly made equal they would have bused your white ass to what had been a black only school

others in this thread want to pretend that after the equal rights legislation was signed into law that blacks sustained no adverse effects after years of disproportionate treatment

hell, even today, school district lines are intentionally carved to ensure prominent white kids still attend predominantly white schools

but a singular example that our nation has not yet fully embraced equal rights for all

since the vast majority of the country is white...logic dictates that most white kids, prominent or not will attend predominantly white schools. your point is bogus.

In general, race in America was created by the economic elites before the American Revolution so that they could advance their own interests (Drawing the Color Line).

are you denying that city-planners and real estate companies deliberetly segregated blacks through the use of red-lining and other discriminatory practises?

hell, the realtor I went to when I was first looking for my apartment was investigated for telling all black applicants that my neighborhood had no vacancies, while whites and asians were told the opposite.

They did some of that. Busing did go both ways.
 
I'm shocked that they said they won't go after Obama because he loved by blacks in America. The CBC is a racist organization. We should not have double standards for minority groups.

maybe they do that crap up north or in big cities like Atlanta, but we've never had that problem in my area. the only segregation that takes place around here is voluntary.

how about during the 80s? during the 90s?

all segregation was voluntary and not the work of racist real-estate agents looking to keep blacks here and whites there?

not in a community where such as mine where black students comprise the majority

this city was one of the first to be forced to bus for desegregation. a reich wing judge (my neighbor) found the school system to be "unitary", meaning no longer requiring desegregation enforcement. that was followed by the crafting of school district boundaries to ensure affluent white kids still got to attend public schools where white students predominated

Government isn't segregating them. No law makes anyone join any group. It's just silly for there to be a white pride group, but not illegal.
