David Cameron considers banning suspected rioters from social media

While I may not support this course of action, lets get one thing clear.

This was not a politically motivated demonstration or anything of that nature.

This was one riot about a young man getting shot by police, that exploded into youths taking advantage of a breakdown of law and order to loot and burn and in some cases kill.

That is all.

Garbage will use any excuse to vandalize, steal and sometimes kill.

Exactly, it was a spark, not "what it was about".

Well its certainly wasn't a glorious revolution or an attempt to rock the government.

Now look, there is an element of frustration with the system, there is a sense of hopelessness among the youth of Britain due to lack of oppertunity and simply what I would describe as a stagnant society. Its got nothing to do with what some people would say is a lack of moral fibre, or a result of the welfare state...

This was an oppertunistic flash of violence for people that simply, wished to gain things they couldn't otherwise gain.

What happened during these riots? Were government buildings attacked, were there any protest signs or signals that this was a politically motivated riot against a lack of jobs or government amminities...

Nope.

What was done?

Looting.

Footlocker, clothing stores, electronic stores, drug stores... if it could be taken, it was taken, some of these people were nothing but downright thugs... I mean all you need to do is watch this clip to see SOME and I stress that word SOME of the people we were dealing with here...

I don't know what you mean by "motivated" really. Certainly it was fueled at least in part by the extraordinarily wide rich/poor gap and the extremely low intergenerational income mobility in the UK. People are so mad and so ready to snap because of the abuse they've been getting on those fronts that even a relatively small incident is enough to set off massive riots. Think about what it would take to put you in a position where you would be so frustrated that you would be willing to do something like that. That's how frustrated they are.

How's the gun laws working out for ya'll?

how many people were killed by gunshot in the England riots?

how many were killed by gunshot in the LA riots?

When it comes to 2nd amendment rights California is one of the most anti-2nd amendment. So if anyone had guns it was the criminals out there looting, vandalizing and rioting.

are you suggesting that those looting, vandalizing and rioting in England were not criminals? and you know this how?

Perhaps more Socialism might work until all incomes are equal. Has that been tried yet?

This "flash of violence" lasted several days and there'll be more to come. And they'll do it because they can, and no one can stop them. They've been raised without human dignity or values and will continue that to do what they do. It is lives wasted.
