Mass production of raw cow milk is nearly impossible. It is far to cost-heavy to keep cows out of their **** (which is why 99% of all beef is rinsed with a chlorine or ammonia solution).
It is not very unreasonable that the rich should contribute to the public expense, not only in proportion to their revenue, but something more than in that proportion.

    I understand that.
I don't care if people drink raw or pasteurized milk, poop included or not.
I was discovering that life just simply isn't fair and bask in the unsung glory of knowing that each obstacle overcome along the way only adds to the satisfaction in the end. Nothing great, after all, was ever accomplished by anyone sulking in his or her misery.

Small farming operations can (and do) provide clean, safe, tasty raw milk on a consistent basis. Fair Oaks or Oberwies cannot!

I like fresh fruits and veggies but I can't always afford to eat the wholesome stuff like that all the time.

I am amazed that people don't get the facy that a few rules and regulations are there for the right reasons and do some good.

We I was a kid raw milk was not the threat it has become and everyone had a cow.

The world is a smaller place today and the spread of illness from being spread in a matter of hours is very real, 49 or 50 years back it could take weeks to catch something in California the came fom Africa. Now it's just s plane ride away.

I agree the Government cans be a pain in the ass but this is not one of those times.
Oysters on the half shell can kill too, but you don't see that regulated like raw milk. Why is that?
Climate, changes. It takes a particularly uneducated population to buy into the idea that it's their fault climate is changing and further political solutions can fix it.

irradiation of food could solve most food poisoning issues. unfortunately, the term sounds scary.

cooking meats creates heterocyclic amines, which are carcinogenic. that's apparently not scary enough to prevent people from cooking, however. it's amazing to me that the many thousands of deaths from food poisoning aren't enough to generate more support for an effective solution.
