Isn't Obama argueing that we need to change that? No, I have the same kind of concerns over the USSC also but I absolutely refused to vote for McCain because of his unexcusable attack of our Constitutional rights.

Not that my mind wasn't already made up but his voting for TARP would have otherwise put the nail into it. There is no way the left would have supported bailing out Wall Street and overlooked the huge bonuses that were created out of it if not for Obama being for it.

That was the Tea Party. They get slammed for taking positions the left would have taken if not for the letter after the current president.

And end with none of those were ruled unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Yes, and whom was sitting on that court when these abominations appeared before them? Far more liberal justices than sit there now, that is for sure.....

There is no statute of limitations on the constitutionality of laws. If those laws are unconstitutional, they could have been rendered as such at any time since then. They haven't been and toi this day they remain constitutional. I understand you don't like those laws ... I understand you don't think they're constitutional ... I understand what you believe and what's real don't mesh in these cases.

As I've shown you many times, in many ways, Republicans have generated these kinds of results and even worse. Your solution was to give them four more years.
Do you pay any attention to what you post or remember what you posted in the past? Thought you conceded the point that I voted for a lot of Democrats so that defeats your point now/

You showed nothing because you ignored the conditions that those Republicans inherited. I am waiting for the economic policy that Obama has implemented that will generate positive job creation and strong economic growth. You see delegation if responsibility is what liberals do. Obama is never to blame for anything and you buy that rhetoric.

    a) I remember exactly what I posted.

    b) The point I conceded was that you voted for more Democrats than I have for Repubublicans. I didn't concede that you don't vote party line now*

    c) * = over the last 30+ years.

Since Reagan, you vote whomever puts an "R" after their name ... regardless of their results. Good, bad, doesn't matter to you. All you care about is which political party they're running as.

Thus your statement that I only vote for a candidate with a "R" after their name is false. I voted for candidates with a "R" after their name because I couldn't vote for any liberal, Clinton, Gore, Kerry, or Obama. What would you have expected a conservative to do?

No, it is not false for the last 30+ years. How about before Reagan, did you ever vote for Republicans? Or did you vote strictly Democrat back then? You're a party liner. You don't care who runs, you don't care what results they achieve, all you care about it that they are running for your political party.
